Models built for the 'Hinged Flat Plates' Secretary's Challenge

The Challenge:

For this challenge, how about building a model using what must rate as probably the most useless Meccano part ever (and I own two of them!) - part No. 198; the Hinged Flat Plate. (if you haven't got one I'm sure Dave Taylor will have some he can sell you).

For those of you who are relatively new to the hobby this part comprises a pair of 4½" x 2½" plates hinged down one long side. It was introduced in 1934, and one was included in all but the smallest three sets. By the time I acquired mine in about 1974 it was only supplied in Set 10.

Your model can use as many of these as you like - so dig them out!
