Based upon a Meccano Magazine Model of the Month in 1960.
Powered by an E15R/E20R type motor, this model replicates all the motions of the original - travelling, slewing, crab-traversing, and hoisting.
Rebuilt in April 2001, winning the Phillip Bradley Trophy at the Holy Trinity Meccano Club meeting on 20th April 2001. Full building instructions for this model are featured in the Holy Trinity Meccano Club Newsletter.
