Models built for the 'Elastic Band Powered Models' Secretary's Challenge

The Challenge:

This Challenge is from an idea that Geoff Carter gave me over a year ago.  It is to build a model that is powered by an elastic band and it's got to be one of those red ones postmen regularly drop on the pavement. Meccano driving bands are not allowed and definitely no motors.

Whether your elastic band propels your model along or just moves something on the model is up to you.  If there are a few entries of the former we could have a race across the floor to see which one travels the furthest.
