“Thunderbolt” Speed Car
Built by Chris Warrell in January 2003
Modified from the 1940s № 5 set manual. The original model was in blue/gold colours. In the later red/green era the model was simply called a speed car.
The prototype car was driven by Captain George Byston and held the world land speed record in 1937 and 1938.
