Weight Driven Tower
Built by Brian Leach in September 2015 for the Novel Motor Secretary’s Challenge
I can’t remember where I saw this type of model. There was a race of them by one of the Meccano clubs.
A 600g weight falls by about four feet to propel the model by about 15 feet. There is a string from the weight to the one of the axles where the string unwinds off a cylinder piece.
