Titanic
Built by Guy Loveridge in January 2018 for the Beneath the Waves Secretary’s Challenge
This model of Titanic is 6’ long, hence the scale is about 1:150. The model splits into two parts for ease of transportation.
There are many details including raked funnels, steam pipes, lifeboats, vents, cranes, bollards, flags, compass tower, crow’s nest, rudder, anchors and anchor chains.
The proportions are accurate, and details are as accurate as they can be with the Meccano parts available.
