Inverted Beam Engine

A model of a model! I spotted a model of an 1808 Matthew Murray inverted beam engine by James Fox in the London Science Museum and built my own model of it. The engine is interesting as it requires no crossheads or parallel motion for the piston rod. Despite this, only this model was ever built.
