Bofors Gun Tower
Built by Andrew Couzens in September 2009 for the Military Models Secretary’s Challenge
The Bofors gun tower from the Shivering Sands Army Fort is located in the Thames estuary.
It was designed by Guy Maunsell and built during the 2nd World War. In the 1960s it was occupied by pirate radio stations.
