Mini Digger

This mini model is my version of a design by Nick Rodgers in the October 2006 issue of the Runnymede Meccano Guild Magazine.
It represents at about 100:1 scale one of the many hydraulically-operated backhoe excavators seen on civil engineering and building sites up and down the country (such as at the London 2012 Olympic Games site).
