Lower Quadrant Semaphore Signal

This model attempts to show many features of a full-sized signal post including counterweights, oil lamps (working) and even a realistic ‘bounce’ action when the levers are operated!
The model was suggested by Guy Loveridge who mentioned that he had never seen a realistic model of a semaphore signal. I realised that I hadn’t either to this was the incentive to build the model!
